Your teeth are important Please ensure that you have a correctly fitting gumshield. They can be purchaced from most sports shops, and are easy to fit (Please follow the manufacturers instructions). They are inexpensive and effective; although we do not insist that you wear one, we very strongly advise you to do so.
Please look after you teeth, its difficult eating corn on the cob without them.
